Welcome to Reelist.com (the “Site”), operated by Reelist, Inc. (“Reelist”). By accessing or using the Site or any related services (the “Services”), you agree to be bound by these Terms, our Privacy Policy, and any additional terms that apply to specific features or user types. If you do not agree, you may not use the Site or Services.
Additional Terms for Advertisers
If you use the Site or Services as an employer, advertiser, or in any capacity other than as a job seeker, your use is also subject to the Advertiser Terms, which are incorporated into these Terms by reference. In the event of a conflict between these Terms and the Employer and Advertiser Terms, the latter will govern your employer/advertiser activities.

Your use of Reelist.com is subject to our Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy, which together explain our data collection, usage, and sharing practices. We use cookies and other tracking technologies to personalize your experience, perform analytics, and deliver tailored advertising.
Electronic Communications
When you use Reelist.com or communicate with Reelist electronically (e.g., by email), you consent to receive communications from us electronically. You agree that all notices, disclosures, agreements, and other communications we provide to you electronically satisfy any legal requirement that such communications be in writing.
SMS and Email Communications Consent
By providing your phone number or email address when registering or otherwise opting in, you consent to receive SMS messages and emails from Reelist about our services, campaigns, and marketing materials—including affiliate marketing and third-party job offers.

User-Generated Content
Where the Site allows you to submit or post content, you grant Reelist a non-exclusive, worldwide, perpetual, irrevocable, royalty-free, and fully sublicensable license to host, use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, translate, create derivative works of, distribute, publicly perform, publicly display, and promote such content in any media or platform now known or later developed.
This license includes the right to:
display your content publicly on Reelist.com and across Reelist’s services;
adapt or derive new creative assets or templates from your content to improve performance for you and other customers;
process your content through third-party service providers (such as AI and machine learning tools) in order to analyze, optimize, or generate variations of your content; and
use content in aggregated or anonymized form to develop, test, and train technologies, including artificial intelligence and machine learning models.
Plain-English Summary: You own your content. By posting on Reelist, you give us permission to display it publicly on Reelist.com, run and promote your ads, process it with trusted AI tools, create variations or new content based on it, and use it to improve our platform.
User Accounts
Accounts on Reelist are individual and may not be shared. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree not to share your login information with others or allow anyone else to access your account.
If we determine that an account has been shared or accessed in violation of these Terms, we may suspend or terminate the account without notice.
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, U.S.A., without regard to conflict of law principles.
Limitation of Liability
To the extent permitted by applicable law, Reelist shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the Site.
Intellectual Property Rights
All content featured on the Site, including text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is the property of Reelist or its content suppliers and is protected by U.S. and international intellectual property laws.
